Experimental Hero Updates
The next experiment begins! This time we're hoping to get your feedback on some balance updates. We're using the 2-2-2 Role Queue ruleset so that you can get a feel for how these balance changes might affect the live game.

Ana
- Sleep duration lowered from 6 to 5 seconds

Brigitte
- Stun duration lowered from 0.75 to 0.65 seconds

Mei
Primary Fire
- Freeze stun duration lowered from 1.5 to 1.3 seconds
- Duration lowered from 5 to 4.25 seconds

McCree
- Stun duration lowered from 0.85 to 0.7 seconds

Reinhardt
- Knockdown duration lowered from 3 to 2.5 seconds

Roadhog
- Knockback increased 20%

Sigma
- Knockdown duration is now a fixed 0.8 second instead of scaling with distance
- Cast time reduced from 0.75 to 0.65 seconds

Experimental Hero Updates

Ashe
General
- Magazine size increased from 12 to 15
- Shots no longer queue up the next shot if pressed slightly before recovery has finished
Primary Fire
- Unscoped shots to reach maximum spread increased from 4 to 6
- Unscoped shots can now be fired much more quickly after firing a scoped shot
Secondary Fire
- You can now start reloading much more quickly after firing a scoped shot

Genji
Secondary Fire
- Recovery lowered from 0.75 to 0.65 seconds

Mei
Primary Fire
- Maximum ammo reduced from 200 to 120
Secondary Fire
- Ammo cost reduced from 20 to 10

Pharah
- Explosion damage increased from 65 to 80
- Impact damage decreased from 55 to 40

Reinhardt
- Steadfast passive knockback resistance reduced from 50% to 30%
Experiments
The Experimental Mode allows players to try out potential new balance updates, game modes, and rule changes. The content within this mode is not guaranteed to be released and the mode may not always be available.
